At her free consultation, we establish where Alice is on the RCC Growth Path.
At this session, she learns at which growth level her company is performing and what it takes to exit the present level. When Alice asks, “Which way do I go from here?”, like the Cheshire cat, we ask where she wants to get to…by conducting an EndGame service.
After two EndGame meetings, we know what Alice’s last year in this business looks like and all the years leading up to her final year. We have taken into account her present True Business Ownership (TBO) wishes: to have a new relationship with her business so that she is energized not depleted, so she does not ‘lose’ herself in this business. We also know this year’s company goal which we define as the company’s next level.
GETTING TO THE NEXT LEVEL
Alice must prepare her business for it to function at the next level. Using our Game Changing Goal Planning service, we strategize, plan and schedule tasks to reconstruct Alice’s company so that there is minimal impact to her people, processes and present tool use.
